Video Conference Hearings

Hold hearings in-person or online.

Why might an online hearing be right for your agency? Online hearings (via WebEx, Zoom, Skype, etc.) can be more economical, and give parties increased flexibility to schedule and attend. Each hearing is recorded and stored securely, along with any documentary evidence provided by the parties, to preserve the record for the legally required period.

Unparalleled service

We are able to provide in-person or online video hearings throughout California, whether it be on short notice or on a regular schedule. CHO currently employs 11 experienced hearing officers who are licensed with the State Bar of California and have been admitted to practice before the courts of California for more than five years.

A standard of excellence

Each of CHO’s hearing officers is a licensed attorney in good standing with the California State Bar, and has the requisite training, experience, and skill to conduct administrative hearings.

Unbiased, legally sound decisions.

Collectively, our attorneys conduct more than 200 administrative appeal hearings and 10,000 certification review hearings annually.
